1. Membership Fees and Refund Policy Membership fees are required to be paid in full upon registration. Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation can be done through the member’s account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective immediately, and the member will not be charged for subsequent periods. No refunds will be given for any remaining period of the membership upon cancellation. 3. Exclusive Content Access Membership provides access to exclusive downloadable content, available only to registered members. The range and type of exclusive content are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify, add, or remove content offerings without prior notice. 4. Use of Forum and Shared Content Members have access to a members-only forum for discussions and sharing information. Members are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or claiming any forum posts or content as their own outside of the forum. Any content shared within the forum should be treated as confidential and for member use only. 5. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided as part of the membership, including downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of AI for the Culture. Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 6. Code of Conduct Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct while interacting in forums and utilizing membership resources. Harassment, spamming, or engaging in illegal activities through the membership portal will result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.
